Using Shopzaar
You may use Shopzaar to discover stores, browse products, place orders, and manage order history. You agree to provide accurate contact, delivery, and order information.
Customer Accounts
The customer app supports registration and sign-in using a phone number and password. Email and additional personal profile details are optional. You are responsible for protecting access to your phone number, password and any verification codes used by an enabled verification service. Do not share your password or verification codes. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately. Supported browsing and guest checkout do not require an account, but orders require accurate fulfillment information.
Orders
Orders are fulfilled by the selected merchant/store. Product availability, pricing, delivery availability, and delivery time may change based on merchant operations, stock, location, and service conditions.
Payments
The current customer app supports Cash on Delivery/offline payment for physical goods. You agree to pay the final order amount shown at checkout or confirmed by the merchant where applicable.
Cancellations and Availability
Merchants may accept, reject, cancel, or modify orders if items are unavailable, delivery is not possible, or order details are incomplete. Customer cancellation may be limited after the merchant starts preparing an order.
Acceptable Use
You must not misuse Shopzaar, attempt unauthorized access, submit false orders, abuse promotions, interfere with services, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
Content and Images
Product, store, pricing, and promotional information may be provided by merchants or platform administrators. We work to keep listings accurate, but occasional errors may occur.
Service Changes
We may update features, pricing display, policies, availability, or these terms as the service grows. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation
Shopzaar is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by network issues, merchant operations, incorrect user information, payment refusal, force majeure, or third-party service interruptions.
Privacy
Your use of Shopzaar is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
